About the spa
Located on the 5th floor, NAGOMI Spa and Fitness is available to resident guests and by private membership. All staying guests may access the gymnasium and swimming pool free of charge. A ¥4,200 fee applies for guests wishing to use the pool and wet areas - men’s/women’s locker rooms, relaxation area, sauna and plunge pools.
All Gold Passport members and guests staying in Grand Club Room, Grand Deluxe Corner Rooms and all suites may use all areas on a complimentary basis.
Check-in
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.
Policies
In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted. We encourage the use of your in-room safe deposit box.
Therapists
You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our licensed therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
Special Needs
Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or you are pregnant.
Clothing
We provide you with a robe and slippers and you are draped during your massage. We kindly ask all guests to wear undergarments during treatments. Disposible undergarments will be provided. For Oriental massages, shorts and t-shirt are required.
Age
All Spa guests must be over 18 years of age. An adult guardian required to be with children under 18 years of age when using the swimming pool and whirlpool. Children must be over 5 years of age to use the swimming pool and over 12 years of age to use the whirlpool.

Reservations
Advance reservations are strongly recommended – please contact the hotel concierge or NAGOMI Spa and Fitness directly to request a treatment. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes for treatments are accepted up to 4 hours prior to appointment without incurring a charge. Without this notification, you are charged in full.
